Sport e glamour. O meglio, lo sport è glamour. Il movimento è il protagonista principale della Mostra

comON a Première Vision. Abiti e accessori sviluppati da studenti delle principali Università italiane

e Scuole Superiori locali specializzate in Moda e Design sono gli spettatori di una partita di pingpong,

dove i visitatori della Mostra diventano allo stesso tempo i giocatori e gli attori dell'azione. La

"brochure super-size", alta 7 m e lunga 40 m, è la cornice che racconta la storia del progetto comON

che ha terminato con successo la sua 9^ edizione a Como e “abbraccia” due tavoli da ping-pong

dove chiunque può cimentarsi nel gioco. È uno spazio interattivo che sfida il visitatore a divertirsi ed

a partecipare alla gara, dove colori, forme, tessuti tecnici, alta moda e stile, dimostrano la filosofia

dei nostri tempi in cui l'imperativo è sentirsi bene. Sentirsi bene con noi stessi e nei nostri corpi: vale

a dire una condizione di mente e di stile. E così il nostro corpo è vestito, coccolato, posto in evidenza,

stimolato, supportato, onorato. “The Mood of Sport” risultante dal lavoro sapiente e appassionato di

tanti studenti, si propone di esprimere tutto questo, in termini di una vera “creativity sharing”,

l'essenza di comON. In un costante equilibrio tra innovazione e tradizione, sui sentieri del distretto

tessile di Como, fucina di talenti e di chi osa, la matassa, che lega la società, scuola e Università, si

dipana.

Sport and glamour. Or rather, sport is glamour. Movement is the main protagonist of the comON

exhibition at Premiere Vision. The outfits and accessories developed by students from the main

Italian universities and local high-schools specialised on Fashion and Design are the spectators of

a table-tennis match, where the visitors of the exhibition become at the same time the players and

actors of the action. The super-sized "brochure", 7m high and 40m long, is the frame that tells the

story of the comON project that has just successfully wrapped up its 9th edition in Como, and

embraces two table-tennis tables where anybody can join for a match. It's an interactive space that

challenges the visitor to have fun and join the competition, where colours, shapes, technical

fabrics, couture and style, demonstrate the philosophy of our times in which the imperative is

feeling good. Feeling good about ourselves and in our bodies: that is a mind and style condition.

And so our body is dressed, cuddled, pampered, highlighted, stimulated, supported, honoured. The

Mood of Sport, resulting from the skillful and passionate work of so many students, aims at

expressing all of this, in terms of a true creativity sharing, the essence of comON. In a constant

balance between innovation and tradition, on the paths of Como’s textile district, breeding ground

of talents and ventures, the string that ties company, school and university, unravels.
